Cancellation policy

25% deposit (for all bookings).

In case of half board accommodation we also ask for a 25% deposit on the meal(s).

Balance to be paid 7 days before the day of arrival. 

Only in case of a governmental confinement you get a credit note equal to the amount of your deposit. This credit note is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Payment

We accept:

• Bank transfers for all deposit and balance payments prior to your arrival
• Bank cheques to our postal address
• From holiday vouchers 

You can also provide us with your credit card details (card number, owner's name, expiry date, CCV code) so that we can debit it.

All communications concerning your and our private data will be done by direct e-mail. Please give us your e-mail address when you make your reservation.

On site, you can pay for all consumption by cash, credit card, bank cheque, holiday vouchers or Paypal.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the nights. It must be paid on site.
